I worked with a public relations (PR) group that serves companies in the blockchain industry to develop a PR intelligence dashboard for communicating the PR group's results to its (at the time) 80+ clients. The dashboard consisted of PR hit breakdowns, sentiment analyses, contextual timelines, and interactive PR hit scatterplots. In order to design this project, I interviewed several public relations professionals and performed market research to evaluate and address the PR group's pain points and goals.
