Wachsman is a leading professional services agency in the blockchain industry, providing PR and strategy consulting services to a broad range of companies and organizations. At the time of my internship, Wachsman was ~2 years old and rapidly growing. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been involved with so many different problems during that time.

While there, I led the development of an experimental portfolio management tool for Wachsman’s digital assets in coordination with the company’s Strategy and Operations branches. One of the most fun projects I've ever done!

Additionally, I conducted industry research and company-wide interviews about performance management to understand how to maintain employee quality as the company scaled; my findings were presented as a deck and used by senior leaders for new promotion policy.

Finally, I supported the launch of a new office in Singapore by creating material to transition employees in New York and Dublin to Singapore.
